Jermaine Dupri Surprises Janet With Her Face On His Chest
I just found out on Examiner.com that Jermaine Dupri, who has been dating Janet Jackson since 2002, has had a huge tattoo of her face done on his chest. The image, which some say resembles the Virgin Mary, is speculated to be for Janet’s recent 43rd birthday. That’s some gift! Although I’m always skeptical when people get permanent reminders of their partners on their bodies, because tattoos stick around longer than people sometimes, it really is a romantic gesture. I mean, some say “diamonds are forever” but you can lose a diamond…you’re not going to lose your skin! While the idea of it is both beautiful and risky, it does indicate the amount of one’s devotion…at least during the time at the tattoo parlour. So I commend you Jermaine for honouring your woman with body art and paying tribute to her in a way that no Janet Jackson garage band ever could. I just hope you don’t live to regret it.
