Panettiere Victim of Body Art Blunder
I think that no matter what tattoo you decide to get, you want to be completely confident that it’s the right one for you. What I mean, is that you should take time to explore designs, think about body placement, and of course….of course….triple check the spelling if you choose a word or phrase. I would say that this is especially critical if you want words in a language you don’t understand. At least that’s what I would do. Well, not everyone is as cautious as me, because I just found an article that says Hayden Panettiere of Heroes fame, is the latest celebrity victim of a misspelled tattoo. Turns out she chose an Italian phrase that means “to live without regrets”…sounds really nice. But one of the words is spelled wrong. Maybe Panettiere did triple check the spelling, and maybe it was the fault of a tired or distracted tattoo artist. Whatever the reason, this is not the first celebrity body art blunder. David Beckham’s tattoo “Victoria” was misspelled in Sanskrit and Britney Spears’s Chinese tattoo “Strange” is supposed to say “Mysterious”. Whoops! I wonder if these stars have any “regrets” about their ink now. Check out the entire article here.
